Symptoms
When copying a Nintex Workflow, or an item that contains such a workflow, to Microsoft 365, the app displays the following message:
Initializing Nintex Service. This operation may take several minutes.
Details
Since version 5.7, ShareGate uses a newer Nintex API to get and copy Nintex Workflows to Microsoft 365.
To use this service, ShareGate must first call a Nintex Discovery API to confirm that your tenant has access. When this call is made for the first time, Nintex will provision your tenant on their side. While the call is quick, the propagation of the URL to our DNS can take some time. ShareGate will wait for that duration before proceeding (generally up to 1 hour). The new URL will then be used to make calls to the API and gives ShareGate the means to complete the migration.
Once this is complete, your tenant will be provisioned as long as Nintex doesn't clear them. If Nintex clears the tenant, the next call will have to provision your tenant once more.
This operation only needs to be done once per tenant.
Error NW-146-224
It is possible that after 1 hour of trying to provision your tenant, no progress is made. If that happens, we suggest trying again later.
