Copying Nintex Forms will make them available at the destination site. The forms will be copied when you copy their associated list or content type.
The ShareGate migration tool also allows the migration of Nintex Live Forms.
For more detailed information on Nintex, see the Nintex FAQ.

The ShareGate migration tool only supports migrating responsive Nintex Forms from a Microsoft 365 environment to another Microsoft 365 environment.
