The Migration report allows you to see all the details of your migration.
From Tasks, you can filter, sort, and customize the columns to be displayed, then export the report to an Excel or CSV file.
How-to
- Select Tasks from the menu.
- Click Filter and apply the filter for Task type.
- Select the type of migration you are looking for. For example, Copy content, Copy structure, Import from file share, Pre-check, or Promote.
- Click Apply filter.
- Open the Migration report you want to export by selecting the blue task name.
- Use Manage columns and Filter to set the information you want to see on your report.
- Click Export.
- Save the file to your preferred location as a CSV or XLSX.
Tip: It is usually preferable to export an unfiltered migration report and use Excel's features to filter your data. Clear filters by selecting Restore default or uncheck the options from Manage columns and Filter.
Export multiple sessions
- Follow steps (1) to (4) above.
- Add a checkmark in the box to the left of the task(s) you want to export. To select all the tasks on the page, add a checkmark in the box to the left of the Task column.
- Click Export on the top-right.
- In the Export options popup, choose to Export all individually or Merge migration reports.
- Use the dropdown to set the Files format.
- Click Export.
