Symptoms
When attempting to copy a SharePoint 2013 workflow, Sharegate displays one of the following error messages:
- SharePoint 2013 workflows cannot be migrated to versions prior to SharePoint 2013.
- SharePoint 2013 workflows cannot be migrated to SharePoint Foundation.

Details
This error occurs because SharePoint 2013 workflows require Windows Workflow Foundation 4 which is only available with SharePoint 2013, 2016 and Microsoft 365. Sharegate cannot copy workflows to versions prior to SharePoint 2013 or to SharePoint Foundation.
