When doing a migration with Google Drive as a source, one of the following messages is displayed:

The following error occurred while communicating with Google Drive: {0}.

The Sharegate service that handles authentication for Google Drive did not respond. If this error occurs frequently, please contact Sharegate support.

Any error code ending in -225.

Details

This message is displayed when an error occurred multiple times while communicating with Google Drive or a related service.

Solution

Try connecting to your Google Drive through your web browser to see if you have access to the specified URL. If you do, retry the migration.
