In ShareGate Home
- Open ShareGate Home and sign in.
- Select Subscription from the side menu.
- If you have one ShareGate subscription, the Details tab and its actions are shown by default. For accounts with multiple subscriptions, click Manage next to the subscription you want to upgrade or renew.
- Select Modify my subscription or Renew my subscription.

Please include the license key associated with your ShareGate subscription in your message so we can provide you with the best assistance possible.
Note: No manual action is needed after your subscription is renewed or upgraded. However, if are upgrading ShareGate Migrate, you must sign out and sign in again to access Migrate Pro features.
