ShareGate Home is your space to access and update your account information and subscription.
See below for an in-depth outline of everything accessible from the My account and Subscription pages of ShareGate Home.

My account
You can access and update your personal information, including:
- Name - Select Edit to change the first or last name associated with your ShareGate account.
- Business email address - Shows the email address used to log in and receive communications from ShareGate.
- Password - Select Change password to change your ShareGate account's password.
- Two-factor authentication - Select Configure then Add two-factor to configure two-factor authentication.
- Linked Account - Select Link my tenant to link a Microsoft tenant to your ShareGate account.
- Phone number - Select Edit to update the phone number associated with your ShareGate account.
- Theme - Use the drop-down menu to select a Light or Dark theme for ShareGate Home and ShareGate Protect.
Delete your ShareGate account or change your business email address
To delete your ShareGate account or to modify your email address, send a request to our technical support team.
Tip: Provide the email address associated with your ShareGate account for a faster resolution.
Subscription
A ShareGate subscription has one license key that grants access to ShareGate. For more information on subscription types, see our pricing page.
The subscription page lists all your active and expired ShareGate subscriptions.
Select Register existing license key to add a new subscription or to copy a license key to your clipboard.
Note: You can have multiple subscriptions in your ShareGate account. Each subscription has a unique license key.
Manage
If you have one ShareGate subscription, the Details tab and its actions are shown by default. For accounts with multiple subscriptions, select Manage next to a subscription to access its details.
Details tab
- Subscription type - Shows the ShareGate subscription type.
- Product Access - Shows the ShareGate products and add-ons included in the subscription. You can also see the number of available machine activations (ShareGate Migrate only).
- Started on - The date the subscription was activated.
- Expires on - The date the subscription will expire.
- Time left - The number of days until the subscription expires.
Users tab (including ShareGate Migrate machine activations)
Select the Users tab to review and manage your ShareGate Home users and ShareGate Migrate machine activations.
- User(s) - Shows the username and email address of the user. Click the arrow to sort the user list alphabetically.
- Machine activations - Shows whether the user is using one of your subscription's machine activations. Click the arrow to sort the list by machine activation usage.
- Activation date - The date of the activation.
- Activation name - Shows the custom name set when the user activated their machine.

Action - The following buttons appear here:
- Remove activation - Removes an active machine activation.
- Resend invite - Resends the ShareGate Home invitation email (pending invitations only).
- Cancel invite - Revokes a sent ShareGate Home invitation (pending invitations only).

Invite users
Select Invite users to invite a user to join ShareGate Home via email.
Invited users don't need to enter your subscription's license key to create an account. Users have access to the subscription, license activations, and everything else ShareGate Home has to offer.
Until the user accepts the invite, their email address will appear in the User(s) column with a Pending tag. Select Resend invite in the Action column to resend the email invitation or Cancel invite to revoke the invitation.
Remove license
Select Remove license to remove a license from your ShareGate account.
Modify my subscription
Select Modify my subscription or Buy now to upgrade your subscription or purchase add-ons for your ShareGate account.
