How-to
View your communication sites
To see an overview of your tenant's communication sites, select Communication Sites on the Manage page.
Detailed view
Select any site to see a detailed summary. The communication site details view allows you to see:
- A description of the communication site.
- Last modified date.
- Creation date.
- Content (i.e., files and documents).
- Owners.
- Members.
Add owners/members
To add an owner/member to a communication site:
- Select Manage from the sidebar.
- Select Communication Sites.
- Select a communication site.
- Select Add.
- Search for the user you wish to add as an owner/member.
- Select the user's name.
Note: There is a separate Add button for owners and members.
Remove owners/members
To remove an owner/member from a communication site:
- Select Manage from the sidebar.
- Select Communication Sites.
- Select a communication site.
- Hover over the user you wish to remove as an owner/member and select the "X" that appears next to their name.
Delete communication sites
To delete a communication site:
- Select Manage from the sidebar.
- Select Communication Sites.
- Select a communication site.
- Select the Three dots button next to the site's name.
- Select Delete and confirm the action in the following pop-up window.
