Maintain visibility
There are several ways for you to stay current on the behavior of teams and groups, including:
- From your tenant activity log.
- From the Archive page.
- From the Manage page, use the tiles or the team and group details.
Receive admin notifications
There are several ways to stay on top of your environment and policies. You can receive status emails for details on external sharing reviews, set up governance alerts for updates directly in Microsoft Teams, and receive the monthly governance digest.
Reporting with ShareGate Protect
Run reports to view granular details on your environment's teams, groups, and activities.
Export the report to your workstation as a CSV file so you can reference and analyze the information whenever works best for you.
Resolve sensitivity mismatches
A sensitivity mismatch might occur when a team or group's sensitivity settings do not align with its sensitivity tag. Sensitivity mismatches are displayed in gold on the Manage page and in the team and group details header.
Hover your pointer over the gold mismatch to display ShareGate's analysis for the right sensitivity setting.
