ShareGate Provisioning templates are a great way to make sure your colleagues have the optimal settings when creating teams. Requiring approval ensures an appropriate template approver has the final word on team creation when using a specific template.
Note: You can enable approval when creating a new template or by editing an existing template.

- Requestors can view the status of their request from the end-user app.
- As an admin, you can see all your environment's template team creation requests from the provisioning page's Approval requests tab.
