You can add up to 3 levels of navigation in the top menu in SharePoint.
When you migrate a team site (classic experience), ShareGate Migrate does not support migrating third-level links in your top menu navigation.
In a case where ShareGate Migrate copies the top navigation from a source site that does not have SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure activated, the app cannot copy second-level links.
