Symptoms
This occurs when copying a Nintex workflow from on-premises to Microsoft 365 that uses the action Set Item Permissions at the source, which is named Microsoft 365 Update Item Permissions at the destination; and/or Query User Profile at the source, which has the same name at the destination. When you access the Nintex workflow in your destination, you discover it cannot be published. The warnings shown will be the following: The action '{0}' requires Microsoft 365 credentials that do not exist in the source action. The workflow will be copied, but it will need to be updated to behave as expected. The action '{0}' contains encrypted Microsoft 365 credentials that cannot be converted to the destination. The workflow will be copied, but it will need to be updated to behave as expected.
Details
ShareGate Migrate can copy the Set Item Permissions and/or Query User Profile action to the destination, but cannot convert the encrypted credentials integrated in the action within your destination environment.
Solution
You will need to manually add the missing information in your destination workflow in order to publish it.
