You are unable to see or create Microsoft 365 groups or teams associated with your environment.
Details
Microsoft does not allow you to consent to an Azure application using the ShareGate migration tool when you are using an app password as a verification method or have single sign-on (SSO) enabled.
Note: Even if a global administrator consents for you, you will not be able to create a Microsoft 365 group or team when you are using an app password as a verification method or have SSO enabled.
Solution
If you are using an app password
Disconnect from your environment and reconnect using the browser authentication method.
Once reconnected, your tenant should prompt for consent.

If you are using SSO
Disconnect from your environment. When you reconnect, disable SSO by toggling it off.
