The ShareGate migration tool allows you to automatically export your Migration report to a SharePoint library of your choosing.
How-to
- Begin a Copy structure and content, Copy content only, Import from file share, or Import from Google drive migration.
- From the Copy screen, select Options on the top-right.
- Scroll to the bottom of the General options.
- Click Setup automatic export under Automatic export of this migration's results.
- In the pop-up, click Navigate to locate the document library you want.
- Select the document library row, then click Select.
Advanced options
When you have selected the document library, you can:
- Change the document library, or remove the library entirely.
- Change the file name and/or file type (XLSX or CSV).
- Choose to overwrite any existing files.
- Have the {date} and {time} of the migration automatically added to the file name.
When finished, save and close the Options and run or schedule your migration.
The Migration report will be saved to the document library you set when the migration is complete.
